When the opening is on the left, the back cover is right side up, while when the opening is on the right like regular albums, the back cover seens flipped upside down. The left opening probably reflects the original concept. Some collectors remember that music magazine articles at the time underlined the fact that this album was made "for left-handed people"(source: Fred Young). December 1968

1977, Purple label first generation, Capitol pressing. The album was meant to be released shortly after the 1971 release of RAM, but due to the Wings project, it was delayed a few years. Paul created a mystery buzz around the release of this album by inventing the fictitious socialite Percy Thrillington, and placing many add in the UK music papers announcing the arrival of this mysterious character. It was not known who this Percy Thrillington was, and was kept a secret until November of 1989, when he answered the question in a press conference. A CD version was issued in 1995, and was also released as part of the RAM box set in 2012. No subsequent vinyl pressing was made, in Canada or anywhere else.
